Course and Participant Information

Our Training Coordinator is happy to answer any questions regarding your course. Generally, an appointment is not necessary and no fees are charged. Tutors have limited knowledge in this area and may unintentionally give incorrect information; to save on confusion, please use the established system we have in place for you.

Participant Satisfaction

We are committed to the ongoing improvement of our services, and encourage all participants to contribute with their suggestions.

Concerns relating to facilities, course materials, other participants, Instructors, or staff members should be directed to the Training Coordinator, or Principal Officers Patrick or Cheryl Connolly.

A copy of our Grievance Procedure and Policy will be issued to all participants upon request.

Evaluation forms are also a vital part of this process, please use them, and don't be shy with your comments.

Note: all forms are confidential.

Confidentiality

All participant details, personal and academic, will remain confidential. Participants may request a copy at any time. Tutor details are also confidential: please don't ask for their home phone numbers.
If you need to contact an instructor it must be done through the Healthguard First Aid office. We will contact the instructor and pass your message onto them.

Note: It is a Healthguard First Aid policy NOT to give out instructors' phone numbers.

Policies and Procedures are in place that will contribute to the delivery of a quality service and participant satisfaction.
