First Aid Training

Injuries and illnesses can affect those close to you. Australia sees over 20,000 annual deaths due to heart disease, encompassing heart attacks and angina. Notably, 80% of Sudden Cardiac Arrests transpire outside hospital settings, occurring in homes or public spaces. The probability is high that if you find yourself needing to administer CPR, it will be for someone familiar to you—perhaps your partner, parent, child, or friend. Acquiring First Aid training equips you with the skills to provide life-saving assistance to your loved ones.
